Well the reason why i use electrode is because it outspeeds. I know that there is a lot of better exploders though (:
The reason why i got agility on empoleon is if the TR is down after T5, så that it still got some speed.

I don't see why i should use übers or use Tailwind when i'm setting up Trick Room to make the übers slow?

Well right now my team is this:

Jolteon
Feraligatr
Nidoking
Koffing
Lickitung
I also beated Red with this team, which was actually kinda easy, since Gengar is outspeeding all of his pokémons and then uses D-Bond.. Oh and none og them are 60+, Koffing and Lickitung are under 20.
