I'd go for Milotic, since it's practiaclly the same, though Milotic has more sp.atk., sp.def. and speed. Lapras wins in the HP-session, though.

Sorry man, the only TM's I have use for are the competitive battling one's e.g. EQ, T-bolt, Toxic, etc, and I have no need for any other items.

Crobat can be surprisingly bulky, so that isn't too much of an issue, and I don't think anyone even attempts Taunting Crobat since it always gets to it first, but Lilac is right about Whirlwind, without it the set could have potential but Whirlwind serves a negative purpose.
