You could use Azelf instead of Electrode. With a base Speed of 115 and Attack of 125 it's much better. Metagross is the most powerfull exploder and bulky enough to survive most opening attacks. All right, then. If you are using Trick Room, then it's not a good idea to use Agility on Empoleon, and I think Electrode is quite a waste. There is more powerful exploders out there, if you really want it.
