You could use Azelf instead of Electrode. With a base Speed of 115 and Attack of 125 it's much better. Metagross is the most powerfull exploder and bulky enough to survive most opening attacks. All right, then.
If you are using Trick Room, then it's not a good idea to use Agility on Empoleon, and I think Electrode is quite a waste. There is more powerful exploders out there, if you really want it.

I know you should almost change your entire team, but I don't think your team is powerfull enough to break the Übers, but, yeah, as said I don't know that much about Übers and Double Battles. Trick Room teams aren't my cup of tea, either. I just came with some examples for some Übers, and you don't ...

Lol, wierd rules :P I don't really know anything about the Double or Über metagame, but I would suggest using some Pokemons from the Über tier, since I think you will encounter alot, when battling with these rules.
