TITLE II
THE NATIONAL PARTNERS
Article 3
The national partners of the Union shall be the SIGNATORIES of the Constitution. They shall have the right to be represented in the Community Council.
Each national partner shall have one national representative.
Article 4
The national partners shall nominate one of their staff members for appointment as a national representative in the event of:
the resignation of their incumbent national representative;
the dismissal or recalling of their national representative;
the position of their national representative otherwise becoming vacant.
The head of the staff of a national partner shall recommend to the President of the Union that he or she appoint the staff member nominated by the national partner.
Article 5
The national partners may decide to recall their national representatives.
The head of the staff of a national partner shall recommend to the President of the Union that he or she terminate the appointment of a national representative recalled by the national partner.
